CONFLICT MANAGEMENT TRAINING TO CATHECHISTS AND LEADERS OF PONTIFICAL MISSION SOCIETIES IN MURUBONA PARISH, KASULU.

On 15th February 2025, Mrubona Parish, in collaboration with the Tanzania Community Relief and Development Organization (TCRDO), organized a training on conflict management and its techniques for catechists and leaders of Pontifical Mission Societies in Mrubona Parish, Kasulu. The session was led by the TCRDO Country Director, focusing on equipping participants with essential skills for handling conflicts within their communities and church settings. The seminar covered key concepts of conflict resolution, mediation, and peaceful dialogue, fostering a deeper understanding among attendees.

The event was attended by 50 participants, comprising 33 men and 17 women, who actively engaged in discussions and practical exercises. Participants expressed appreciation for the insightful training, emphasizing its relevance in addressing conflicts constructively. The seminar concluded with a commitment from attendees to apply the acquired techniques in their respective roles, promoting peace and harmony within their communities.
