The training, which took place at Bogwe Secondary School, was designed to give education officers and headmasters of primary schools the necessary tools to resolve conflicts in the school environment. The aim of this initiative was to develop positive communication, mediation, and problem-solving techniques specific to typical difficulties seen in schools, acknowledging that unresolved conflicts can interfere with learning and affect students' wellbeing. The project aimed to foster a more peaceful and encouraging learning environment that facilitates improved learning outcomes and strengthens community cohesion throughout Kasulu District by enhancing the competence of headmasters and education officials. The interactive, solution-focused training focused on real-world situations and gave participants the skills they needed to avoid, handle, and settle conflicts constructively.
